Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consultation sessions, and mentorship programs offered by NRINDIOMA, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy.

Consultation Sessions

Payments made for one-on-one consultation sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

If a cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled.

Mentorship Programs

Payments made for mentorship programs may be eligible for refunds only if the program has not yet commenced.

Once a mentorship program has started, refunds will not be issued.

Digital Deliverables

Any digital resources, reports, or materials provided as part of a service are non-refundable once delivered.

Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating disputes with payment providers.
